Great place to grab some healthy breakfast! Came here on a Sunday, wait time was about 20min and we’re sat at the bar stools, food took about another 20min and enjoyed the food! Overall great experience will return again! Recommend the French toast combo!
This place is amazing! There may be a wait but they are fast a friendly. Food is amazing!! So fresh and tasty! They carry multiple homemade salsas too! One of my favorite breakfasts spots for sure!
When you walk in, you're Welcomed by a friendly smile & seated right away. The busser, David, & the one that checks on you on a reg is always there when you need something. Cameron was kind enough to give recommendations from the menu & the waitress Brianna is the Best with a friendly smile to boot. I Love this place!! The food was Amazing!! The banana walnut pancake was Delicious & so was the thick sliced bacon. Eggs were cooked Perfect! They even had "Butter Pecan" coffee in a decent size coffee cup! The Only place that I know that serves squaw bread. This place is my new "Go To" for breakfast 😋 😍
Long overdue review here. Been coming as a local for about 5 years and this spot NEVER disappoints. The food is always full of flavor from burgers, to chorizo tacos, to the pancakes and scrambles. The fries have a great texture and the butter...yes the butter on the pancakes kicks it up a notch or 2. Even their salsas are delish. BUT what's really amazing is the staff! Everyone is so nice and kind. It really feels like a local family owned spot in a small town. And the staff seem to love working their as I have seen the same faces for years...there's even dishes named after a few. I would recommend this as the best breakfast / lunch cafe in Long Beach.
Excellent. Great service and great food. The Baja Burrito (with Chorizo) was truly the best I have had. Full of flavor. The potatoes are terrific (perfectly seasoned and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside). Even the coffee was good. Marsha, our server, was very attentive even though the cafe was very busy. Everyone was great. Would highly recommend stopping in for an excellent breakfast. We'll be back. (Oh, be aware it's cash only. No credit cards accepted.) P.S. Went back a second morning in a row and had the Baja Burrito (with steak this time). Absolutely delicious. Marsha happened to take care of me again. She is a really good waitress but all the servers work well together and take good care of you.
Coffee cup has always been a great place for breakfast or lunch. Absolutely delicious, every kind of salsa is full of flavor, we love their salsas! costumer service is great!! We know this place for about 7 years or more. Is always a great experience, when we visit here we order what we love to eat & just enjoy every single bite.
Very comfortable vibe, staff is super friendly and very family & kid friendly. I got their breakfast burrito and it was huge. Their potatoes are really good—crispy on the outside and flavored well.
Great place for breakfast. I'm vacationing from out of town and I eat here every morning. The waitress, Cameron, is awesome too.
My partner and I were talking a stroll down our new neighborhood, and quite literally SMELLED the delicious food before seeing this place. It was almost cartoon-like the way we just followed our feet toward the warm buttery smell of a local diner. We probably got lucky since it was just two of us and spots were available at the counter right when we got in! We sat down, and were greeted right away with a smile and a fresh pot of coffee. Menu is extensive for such a cozy spot! Health is also highlighted in their menu..plenty of options to enhance the menu to your needs. My partner got the turkey omelette sub egg whites, and I got the French toast combo w/ a side of potatoes (10/10). The atmosphere is amazing, and we love businesses that highlight artists as well (you can scan under some of the art displayed to learn more). Service is friendly and efficient. When you walk-in, you get a sense that you’ve been there before. And that’s a very comforting feeling for a first timer (:
